BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Whether it’s your first visit or you’re an existing client booking in is very easy. Simply select your day/time for your Initial Session or Review Session through our site or alternatively call the clinic to do so.
ARRIVING AT YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please wear light-colored, workout-type clothing. Your therapist will want to see your shoulders, hips, knees and ankles as best they can. So shorts above the knee and a t-shirt(not loose), tank top or sports bra. If you cant arrive in these clothes, no problem, just bring them to change into.
After your Initial Session your Therapist will discuss with the best pathway forward in terms of treatment. You will be issued a list of simple, gentle stretches/exercise which we call your ‘Menu’ to do in the comfort of your home each day. We will then decide when is best to come in for a Review Session. Most Clients will have a Review Session once a week until the body is back in perfect alignment. Typically that takes between 4 weeks on average.
